Yeah this has been discussed on other boards that I go to. Crazy how it went up so much. You won't be able to buy much off eBay anymore without $3 or more for s/h fees. This will likely decrease the amount of low end listings on eBay. COMC will continue to benefit from this!

Good old USPS. Heard rates were going up, that is all they know how to do is raise rates, never any effort to cut costs. Other companies worry about losing consumers when raising costs, not the USPS, they have a monopoly, so if you don't like it you can pay UPS or FedEx more to ship it.
Hope you don't need to get a passport or passport card, they charge a $25 fee for handling your paperwork! Seriously! We stood in line for a passport card for roughly 30 minutes, they had one person working the counter and one working a "review" line where they checked to make sure you had all the things you needed. You get through the review line, then stood in line to wait to be "processed" and then you pay for the passport card, then they hit you with the USPS fee of $25 for 5 minutes of work having you sign the form in front of them and them stapling everything together.
Low end selling on ebay has been doomed for years, this is just another nail in the coffin.
