Fish on! Bait your hook and drop a line, Upper Deck will unveil a B.A.S.S. collectibles collection
and card set. The card set debut places the spotlight on anglers that will compete for the Bass
Master Championships in 2005. It will feature one foil insert per pack, guaranteeing the consumer
at least one superstar in every pack. Each hobby box will have two jersey cards and an autograph.
Look for cards of BASSMASTER champions. Upper Deck Authenticated’s B.A.S.S. Collectible collection
will feature can coolers, sunglass cases, and trailer hitch covers all emblazoned with the B.A.S.S
and UD logos.
2005 Mini Jerseys
New for the 2005 baseball season, Upper Deck delivers an exciting new product that features a replica
mini MLB jersey in every $6.99 pack of cards. Each case will include 4 flannel jerseys of legendary

2005 Upper Deck Jox Box & Mini Jox Box
Upper Deck released its premier set of Jox Box in ’04 for fans looking for collectible items featuring

Mitchell & Ness
In 2004, Upper Deck reached a landmark multi-year agreement with vintage memorabilia company, Mitchell &
Ness, to provide authentic replica items used as box toppers and for redemption programs. Recently, M&N
supplied NHL team jackets and amazing jerseys through a card redemption program that was included in UD
Legends Hockey. M&N has also supplied vintage pennants as box toppers in the January release of Yankees
2005 U.S History
Making a mark in trading card history, Upper Deck releases 2005 U.S. History trading card set, which
features the greatest people, places, periods, and events in America’s past. The 300 U.S. History regular
set offers history buffs the opportunity to collect cards depicting U.S. history’s greatest people, places
and moments, varying from Columbus and the Colonists, to the Civil Rights movement of the late 1960’s.
Inserts include presidential cards, which will feature U.S. Presidents from Washington to JFK, and,
symbols relating to the U.S. Presidency; historical inserts, which highlights people and moments who have
helped build and mold America to what it is today; and limited cut signature cards from U.S. Presidents and
American legendary figures, such as Robert F. Kennedy, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Gen. George S.
Patton, and Thomas Edison, to name a few.
2005 Arena Football
One of the fastest growing sports in America, Arena Football (AFL) is the newest sports license in UD’s
portfolio. Upper Deck will capture the excitement of the game with the release of 2005 Arena Football,
a product that will deliver content collectors have come to expect, including stellar photography and
jersey and autograph cards and themed inserts. Every retail box of 2005 Arena Football will deliver
two game-worn jersey cards and an autograph in every other box. Themed box break inserts will explore
the history of Arena Football, the Arena Bowl and Arena Football alumni who have gone on to play in the
Major League Soccer
Building on the excitement of an amazing eighth season of professional soccer in North America, 2005
Upper Deck MLS is designed to bring fans and collectors closer to their favorite stars on the pitch
by introducing game worn soccer uniform trading cards into the company’s already successful product
mix. Each hobby box will have two jersey cards and each Retail box will contain one jersey card.
Hand-numbered autographs are a Hobby exclusive and will fall roughly three per case. One of the
main drivers of this set is Freddy Adu, the 14-year-old soccer star who had a terrific first season.
The 2005 Pro-Signatures line is a retail exclusive brand that focuses entirely on autographs of
rookies, young stars and top stars from their specific sport. An actual autograph will drop one
per box on average. All regular cards will feature the actual facsimile signature of that player
on the front of the card. Upper Deck developed this brand to get the entry-level collector acquainted
with autograph cards. Pro-Sigs Basketball and Football products will hit shelves this fall.
