I am filling out some NPNs to send in. I have looked at the forums to make sure I do this right because I don't want to waste 41 cents for each stamp I use. I just need to know if I include my email address or phone number on any of the index cards.
I have seen some people put just their Name and Address, and then some where people include a phone number and e-mail address.
I need to know what exactly the different companies require me to put on the index cards.
Any help is appreciated!
