Joe - Thanks for the info! When I took over the site from its previous
owner a year and a half ago I never updated the FAQ he wrote. I've been
meaning to not only re-write the FAQ but also clean up the site a bit.
My only problem is time, not enough of it in the day. Before I re-write
the FAQ I'm going to see if I can speak to the actual reps from the
companies and get them to answer some questions about NPNs.

Anyway as to your discussion I don't have a solid answer for you.
Personally I send to every address for Topps products. Many times I have
recieved more than 1 NPN back. So my guess is its ok, but its not
clearly spelled out in the instructions. Someday I'll get the word
directly from the card companies.

Tell the guys over at tradingcardcentral.com thanks for visiting the
site. I love the hobby, and enjoy putting the site together in what
small amounts of free time I get. Thanks!

Jeff

SO he sends in for all of the versions and have gotten multiple back. He will look further into it.
You can send for both the hobby and retail version of it

As a seasoned NPNer, that comes as no surprise. The addresses are all different (retail vs. hobby).
