As an update...

I located HEAT3's mailing address and phone number and spoke with Chip's father, David, on Saturday. David did confirm that he had packages (approx. 4-5) that needed to be mailed and that there was a delay due to his being sick recently. In addition, he provided his direct e-mail address.

I will be following up with David tonight/tomorrow in order to see if we can determine the status of each specific transaction.

I will provide further updates before the weekend ends.

well 10 days later and still nothing, In fact im done this is garbage. It the simple fact that this kid waited till he recieved my auto and then didnt bother sending till the pressure was on to send it..... Whatever, this will be my final post on TCC.

What exactly would you have liked done in this situation?

You have 111 completed transactions, 2 failed transactions and 6 pending transactions (including this one which is at 42 days). With 119 transactions, you've never been a victim of fraud yet - including as of this moment.

For this particular transaction, the other member has already been restricted according to our documented guidelines and I personlly located the other member's phone number and called (on the behalf of you and other members) to resolve this matter.

In any event, whether you return or not, I will continue to work to resolve the matter.

By the way, I would appreciate it if you return to update the status of your remaining pending transactions. Whether you choose to return or not, you should not "punish" other members by not updating the status of their transactions.
