Welcome back to the Hobby Group Break as we continue our 6th year together! I have the proposed product list below. Let me know as soon as possible if you are dropping or changing teams so I can keep the list accurate. Note also that if you are interested in joining but your team shows as claimed just let me know as we may have an opening in our "Hobby 2" group for you!

Just a note about the draft slots, I budgeted for one less slot than we need so after the list is randomized and we run through the draft, the person with the last slot in the draft will be awarded the last remaining TWO teams. This will hopefully eliminate the downside of getting stuck with the worst team in the draft. These picks are offered on a first come first serve basis to members of the group. You can buy one draft slot per owned team but if you would like more just let me know and I'll add you to the list if slots are available at the end. If we fail to sell all the slots needed to participants of the group I will have to offer them to folks outside of the break, but this is as a last resort only.

Working on it...I'll post or email an update in the next day or two if I can finalize that detail.

I know I'm new to the group but with I was thinking that with the struggle to fill teams in both sets (hobby/high end 1 and 2) of group breaks it may be time to consider dropping back down to one set. As a possible way to include more people we could do more frequent case breaks or have a random group break that fired off once all of the slots filled. Just throwing out ideas.

I hear you, I definitely do. However the new #2 breaks have only been around for 4 months so I'd like to give them a shot to increase numbers. I have been trying to work on ways to increase our numbers but just haven't had a chance yet. Hang in there a bit longer and let's see if we can't get back up into the high 20's for team ownership!

Chris, love the line up, but will we be doing Momentum next month?

Momentum is terrible.

You and others might think that, but $200/10 hits beats $50/1hit any day in my book, like supreme. Even compare it to finest. $100/2 hits, and the cards can end up being the same value. Imo its far from terrible..

Plus I thought this was a hobby group, where we could get a taste of stuff you might not normally get to sample not screaming for it, Id just like to try all the products, every year, even if its just a one time pop or if the product is "terrible"

Now that I see more of this stuff out there I've changed my mind its not that bad and 10 hits a box is worth $200.

We will be including Momentum in the Hobby break as that's what it's all about. I just didn't want to include it in case it delayed again plus many of the Panini products have been dropping in price shortly after release so I didn't want to pay $200 when we might get it for $150 next month.
