One of the positive of this type of transaction system is the ability to work through issues and just not a feedback system. So there are some key words that need to be stated in each transaction for it to be successfully completed.

I agree with this transaction
I have received payment
I have received my end of the trade.

If we don't have some form of those phrases from both parties, we cannot close the transaction.

So in this case, if you are not home and cannot 100% confirm receipt, that is okay. Just post when you will be home to validate that you actually received the items for this transaction. At that time, we can close.
