Once I have the opportunity to review things such as the IP addresses that have been used for both accounts and more, I'll be able to decide how to proceed. For example, I already see that both accounts are using images from the same Photobucket account.

In addition, I suggest that you lose the "tone" in your responses.

Despite a certain level of doubt about this transaction (elevated by a PM exchange between both accounts), I am going to proceed with closing this trade as complete because I simply cannot prove that a trade did not actually take place.

Moving forward, you can create transactions between the 2 accounts - on one condition though. That condition is that you must include DC on the packages. That way, we can use the related tracking number to see that a package was mailed and then delivered. So, either use DC on the packages or don't create any additional transactions between your accounts.

This is also not a "green light" to create transactions between your accounts each and every week.
