Where does everyone find the NHL figurines, I can not find them in any stores?

Where does everyone find the NHL figurines, I can not find them in any stores?
Hobby shops usually carry them. McFarlanes were available at Target and Walmart. Usually though the better ones get scooped up fast. Toy Stores probably also carry them as well.
Toys R Us is the only place locally. Wal Mart and Target have stopped carrying them here in Northern California...
