Jeter RCs were '93, sorry 
it is part of the 1994 upper deck minor's set, book value is around $8, the best card in that set is a-rod BV $25, then none books over $2 besides those 2.
I think it is a minor league card because above the yankees logo it says tampa yankees(minor league team). And in the background it says top ten prospect.
