Someone might be taking his spot, but nobody is going to "replace" Jr.

Jr. isnt irreplaceable..!

Exactly what I was thinking. What has Dale jr. done to leave his mark at DEI? Show off Wrangler jeans?
He'll never win a Cup title, well as long as there are others competing for it anyway

"In 2008, DEI’s driver development plan includes having Bayne and Earnhardt competing as teammates in Chevrolets on the NASCAR Busch East Series. "
