I have a box of pucks from those eras, I am going to see if I can match them up. I remember getting blank practice pucks in the 80's from Randy Cunnyworth, and Gary Rissling, and a few others. I am not sure if I have them or if they are still at my parents.

Haven't come across anything yet. Even this museum only goes back to the 30's...
