Okay everyone. I haven’t taken the time in the past to write a decent intro but since it is the holiday season I will be a bit giving..Ha-ha Let me start by saying congrats to the New York Yankees for their 27 title!!! Okay got that out of the way.

I was an avid collector as a child and lost track with my military career and other interests but about two years ago I swung by a card shop in Tucson Arizona to see what was new and bought on pack and the bug jumped up and bit me again. Since then I was medically retired from active duty military after 13 years and found my way to Yorktown Virginia and back into the hobby again.

December of last year I was killing time on the internet one night came across the TCC. I was very impressed with all the site had to offer and from my quick views it seemed like there was a solid core of quality members and I decided to join. I am glad I did. However, I had such a broad scope of collecting interests it was hard to really get cards I wanted. I have since narrowed my scope to players I really want and things have been going much better.

I have especially enjoyed threads like “Give something back”. I have sent out numerous packages and folks have been happy with what they receive. That is what I like about TCC it is not a site all about “getting what you want” it is about giving something back and expecting nothing in return but a thank you for helping them with what they want. I signed up for the Secret Santa and cannot wait for this one either. It should be great. I just wish I would have joined the site earlier last year and could have been involved then. I would like to think I have made a few friends here on TCC and hope it only grows over the years as I do not plan on going anywhere. Okay I rambled enough here are the things I collect now:

1.NYY Patches or Autos of: Phil Hughes, Robinson Cano, Melky Cabrerra, Ian Kennedy, HOF players, Joey Votto and All Don Mattingly cards. Also my unicorn: A New York Yankee 2007 SP Authentic By The Letter Auto “L”. (It is the last one I need for my name)

2.NY Giant Patches or Autos of: Mario Manningham, Hakeem Nicks, Eli Manning, Steve Smith, Ahmad Bradshaw, Brandon Jacobs, Nice Giant Patches

3.Carmelo Anthony Patches and Autos... GO CUSE!!
