I have to agree with most people that Jairus Byrd of the Bills as the defensive ROY so far. He has 32 tackles and 7 interceptions, and his 7 interceptions have come in the last 4 weeks, which is insane. He is tied for the lead in interceptions in the NFL right now he is definitely the leading candidate for defensive ROY.
