Here's how it works:
I'll be simulating the 16 game NFL season using www.whatifsports.com with the same schedule as the NFL season. I will have 16 posts total (one post for results of each week - stats/scores/standings). After that, Playoffs and the Super Bowl will run like how it does in the NFL too. Obviously some teams will have better chances than others, but its simulation and anything can happen, that's the fun of it!

The person who choses the team winner will receive some nice game used and maybe an auto or two. Nothing amazing but no scrubs or anything either. Can flesh out the rewards later on with the winner. Let me know if you guys think if this will be a fun/cool idea. Basically, I'm doing all the work you just have to sit back and sign up and watch the results. Post inside with a team and I'll edit it in! Simulation will be weekly, as quick as I can do it.. it won't last the whole NFL season.

NFL SIM Week 1TITANS (Packers247) - 13
@
STEELERS (JimWrestlingCards) -
27http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Mendenhall ran all over the Titans defense for the win. Steelers have just too much firepower and D for the Titans to score.
----
MIAMI (hooters517) -
28@
FALCONS (gpalm11) - 24
http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Miami scored late in the 4th quarter to take the lead, and Ronnie Brown ran for 200 yards total. Matt Ryan was good overall but the Falcons D could not stop Ronnie.
----
CHIEFS (Empty) - 7
@
RAVENS (kidcarcia) -
14http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: A defensive struggle. Both teams could not get anything going, but the solid Ravens D helped break down the Chiefs offense. Flacco had 2 interceptions but still won.
----
EAGLES (troygoesdeep) -
28 (OT)@
PANTHERS (Pantherfan68) - 22
http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Every touchdown was a running touchdown. Really close game, Eagles would win it with 3 minutes left in OT.
----
BRONCOS (langeatang) - 20
@
BENGALS (yankeesr#1) -
27http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Cedric Benson was a beast, and Carson Palmer was also very solid, powering them for a win over the Broncos.
----
VIKINGS (Boston5761) - 17
@
BROWNS (bigbluecolt93) -
24http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Massaquoi exploded for 121 yards and Brady Quinn marched the Browns down the field late to win the game. AD was good, but had to be great to win it for the Vikings.
----
JETS (jwman92) -
37@
TEXANS (tj4eck) - 18
http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Sanchez was awesome in his first start with 186 yards and 3 TD's. The Biggest lead in the game for them was 34-3.
----
JAGUARS (TheSoul23) - 7
@
COLTS (O-StateCowboy) -
34http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: The Jaguars were abysmal offensively, and couldn't stop Peyton from throwing 4 TD's where 3 went to Wayne.
----
LIONS (patstigs3712) - 14
@
SAINTS (captkirk42) -
24http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Pierre Thomas had 152 rushing yards and Brees threw all over the Lions defense. No win yet, Lions

----
COWBOYS (über) -
29@
BUCCANEERS (Empty) - 28
http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: What a comeback!!! Cowboys were down 28-10 in the 4th, and roared back with the upset win with around 1 minute left.
----
49ERS (joe31) - 7
@
CARDINALS (josh3302) -
19http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Gore was quiet, and Warner was very efficient spreading the ball evenly. Hightower rushed for an even 100 on the ground.
----
REDSKINS (BBTTRR19) - 21
@
GIANTS (osufan2383) -
27http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Manning was almost perfect, with 240 yards 3 TD and 0 INT's. The score is closer than it was since the Redskins scored with 1 second left.
----
RAMS (Stlouisrams1600) - 24
@
SEAHAWKS (GamerRoy) -
27http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: Rams had an awesome comeback in the 4th, scoring 10 points to tie it up and bring it to overtime. Unfortunately, that's where they fell short.
----
BEARS (Soxarethechamps05) -
30@
PACKERS (jmagic87) - 16
http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: The Bears just got out to a big lead early and never looked back. Forte was solid with a 100+ rushing night and 1 TD.
----
BILLS (drocksthaparty) -
28@
PATRIOTS (bravesfan09) - 21
http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: The Bills ran all over the Patriots D with 3 rushing TD's. Brady was fantastic, but couldn't beat the steady Edwards tonight.
----
CHARGERS (DawgPounder) - 23
@
RAIDERS (Empty) -
36http://whatifsports.com/NFL/boxscore.asp?G...fee=-1&theme=-1Notes: When Tolbert is your best running back, it's a bad night for the Chargers. Russell was surprisingly efficient and the Chargers just couldn't get the ball in the endzone.
That's week 1 folks! Week 2 will start tomorrow night after I get home from work. Until then, I will be taking depth chart changes and offensive scheme changes.
