Besides the obvious answer of your favorite team, what teams or players will you be rooting for this year?
For me:
- Ravens: Possibly because they have bested the Titans in recent years, plus they have an ex-Titan on their team (Derrick Mason). I also like Flacco.
- Falcons: Kind of like Flacco it's hard not to root for Matt Ryan.
- Andre Johnson: I cannot root for the Texans after the rivalry that is building with the Titans. However, Andre is one of the best receivers in the game and still has a humble attitude.
- Drew Brees: He has a chance to make history....I'm all for it.
Just a few for me that I can think of off-hand right now.

I'm a bad Titans fan....I like the Colts too as long as we aren't playing them - especially Manning and Wayne.

Jets aren't really my team. But since there is now something local to cheer about, I will cheer them on. Their new coach has given them pride and an identity. Pretty soon it may even become a reputation. In time I might become a Jets fan.

Your mention of the Cowboys made me remember one more team - the Giants.

I am rooting for the Packers. I can't stand Cutler so I want the Bears to fail, and I think Childress is a schmuck and don't like how Favre left the Pack so I hope the Vikings fail miserably.... that being said, the Packers have one tough path to the division title, I might be rooting in vain....

Agreed! I think I had read you were born in Buffalo or something? I was born and spent the majority of my childhood pretty close to Buffalo (Rochester), so the Bills are my 2nd fav. team.

I've always had a soft spot for rooting for the Broncos. Not sure why, but probably because I wasn't good at NFL 2k5 with the CBs, so I chose the Broncos (Bailey + co in 05). I guess it stuck.

Even though I give their fans lots of grief(and they dish it back) I'm rooting for the Lions. Particularly Kevin Smith and Derrick Williams.
I am also a Packers, Patriots, and Cardinals fan.

Despite our loss yesterday I like the spirit and energy the Jets show. I think a new head coach is really helping them out.
Nice game by Peyton last night! 5 touchdowns is pretty great.

I had no idea the Cardinals were that bad.
The Titans are the best of the 0-3 teams. They just need to run Chris Johnson 3 out of every 4 plays.

Its hard to root for anyone but the Dolphins. In NCAA i root for PSU!!!
I like to watch 49ers b/c of Michael Robinson who is very underused. But aside from that no one i can really care about enough to win or lose. I cant stand the pats or Jets. Pats alot more than the Jets. Probly b/c of thier fans some are ok
