September's case break will be an 8 box case of 08 Donruss Gridiron Gear.



Product Breakdown:

Configuration: 8 boxes per inner case. 18 packs per box. 5 cards per pack.

Team Selection

There will be 8 total slots with each slot getting 1 chosen team and 3 drafted teams. The draft will take place after payments are received. I will put all 8 spots on random.org and that will determine the draft order. The draft will be a snake draft meaning spot 1-8 will pick and then 8 will pick again and it will go back to one.

1st round 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
2nd round 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
3rd round 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

Since there are so few spots and you will probably get at least a couple of good teams, I am not designating any team that has to be drafted. (All teams are available to be chosen as your first).



Break and Payment

The break will be shown live on ustream.com. I will also record and upload to youtube. All payments should be able to be sent within a week and a half of filling the break. The quicker we can get the payments sent in the quicker we can get the case and do the break. Payment for each spot will be $70. I always try to get the best possible prices in order to keep the cost at a minimum. The cost per spot will cover the case, shipping supplies, paypal fees, and shipping costs. Any card with multiple teams displayed will be randomized. Any card that shows a player in a college uniform will go to the team that the player currently plays for or in the case of a retired player the team that the player played the longest. The player time line cards will go to the team that is pictured on the right side of the card.

I know...I figured the Ravens would be taken quickly because of Flacco and Rice....and that is just one of the 4 total teams they would have. We will just have to be patient someone will come along that will want to join us. Case breaks just take a little longer.

Just 3 spots to go....can't beat the price and everyone who is in this months break will have some say in what we break next month. I am open to any year and any product.

No prob. I am going to give this some more time because I have a feeling that as the season gets underway and we see some of these guys that were rookies last year it will spark some interest. I think for this rookie class and the price, this is a good case break for people....remember that one of these boxes should be a hot box.

What is the status of this break

I am still waiting for payment from SIERRASDADDY but I did go ahead and order the case. It should be here on Monday. I have talked with SIERRASDADDY and he is having some computer problems but assures me he is going to get his payment in ASAP and I believe he will. As soon as we get that payment we will start the draft. Hope this updates all and if you have any more questions feel free to ask. Thanks!

SIERRASDADDY has sent me the first part of his payment and will send me the second part when he gets paid this week. I will go ahead tomorrow and random the draft order and get the draft started.
