As you can see my join date does not seem new. I think I was referred here to a topic a couple of years back and joined then. I've slowly tapered down my different site interaction over the years as there were so many places out there to hang your hat. But every now and then comes the itch for something new and meeting new people, seeing new collections and just a new bit of background scenery.
As for me, I've been collecting for decades, but only seriously since about 1999. I collect both football and hockey, but with very focused and specific wants. I don't trade much and chose to not keep any available inventory so I primarily buy what I want. I am also a fan of these 2 sports and have little interest in others. I do enjoy discussing the hobby, the sports and just general chit chat. I see quite a few recognizable names already in some quick forum peeks, so I look forward to renewing old acqaintances and starting some new ones. Cheers.
