As a lifelong fan of pro wrestling, I am tired of the same old song and dance from WWE and TNA. I am just not as into it these days. The same guys are always battling on the top of the card. Very few new guys get a real chance before having their legs cut out from under them by management. If you need proof that WWE's main event scene is stagnant then digest this.....
The last time there was a WWE PPV without Cena/Orton/Triple H in a WWE Title match or without any of those guys being a WWE Champion in a non-title match was at, get this, the Vengeance 2006 PPV! Over 3 years ago! Rob Van Dam defended the WWE Title against Edge at that show. The two exceptions would be Great American Bash 2006(a Smackdown brand PPV) and December To Dismember 2006(an ECW brand PPV), but Orton, Cena and HHH were all Raw stars at the time.
Another scary statistic is the last time there has been a Wrestlemania without either Orton, Cena or HHH in a WWE Title match was 2001 for WrestleMania X-Seven when The Rock defended the WWF Title against Stone Cold Steve Austin! Wow!!!!!

That is one of the reasons I stopped watching (except for now I tune into RAW every Monday) it was so repetitive.

Did you know that each time one of those three are injured...I cheer especially HHH <<< look at it this way, he got pinned by Cody Rhodes last week on RAW (a shocker) in a 2 on 1 handicap match, but immediately right after the match, the focus was on HHH burying the two guys on the mic making the lost out to be a joke/fluke...that's what turns off people.
I don't mind Edge, Mysterio, Jericho, Punk, Hardy, even Henry at all, except they are not positioned nor protected like those three.
Booking over that last decade has been "keep the established stars strong and intentionally hold off/cut off all comers).
