I would like to ask each and every member on TCC to get invovled in this and let the Membership team know a few things.

1) We have been discussing amongst ourselves what we can do to better the site. So you tell us! What can we do for you? Any ideas you would like to see implemented to make TCC even better?

2) What could we do better? We currently do things like Birthday/Anniversary Announcement, greeting new members, host different topics such as Member of the Month, answer members questions, etc. Let us know what you think.

3) What are we doing right? What are some things you have seen us doing right in the past or that we are currently doing right now?

4) Any other comments, complaints, or critizisms that you may have! Let us know! We cant change things if we dont know about them!

Do you guys have any suggestions regarding how the Membership Team could do more for you?

How about trying to run some more chat nights or contests. Or do a big trade night in the chat room. Just trying to think of some ideas.

A few Ideas:

1. Be more strict implementing the Rules
2. Have more trade/site managers.
It seem like there is more work for less people

If there is a way it would be cool to have something posted where there is a trade night, something in that nature in your area. Minnesota Bla bla, bla.

I LOVE IT! Team trade nights! We would just need to get some people up for it! I will try to work out some kind of outline for it. Great Idea!
