My hands hurt just watching.

I saw this earlier this week, it is pretty cool...

i sae this on break.com last week. I thought it wasn't possible but this kid who plays college ball showed it to his coach and he said he's throwing the bat toward the camera so it's an illusion

When he's halfway through his swing he flicks his wrists backwards, spinning the bat around and he catches it once it makes its rotation, then follows through the rest of the swing. Not that it's easy, but it looks like that's what's going on.

Haha, I spent a good 20 Minutes trying this yesterday and couldnt do it with a fast swing, I could do it but would have to pause my swing for a second or two.

Looks fake but I guess not.
