would it be possible to add some Double AA Baseball Teams, or D-League Basketball teams

How about adding in defunct MLB teams, such as Montreal Expos?

Seattle Pilots
Washington Senators (are kind of covered by the Washington Nationals)

I"m sure someone could dig up some of the info for some of the early 20th century clubs, OH and don't forget the Negro Leagues teams.
