When making a Custom Index Card, what kind of paper do you use? Do you do it on an index card or do you use either regular paper or photopaper and make a couple and then cut them out??

I want to send to O.J. Mayo, Derrick Rose, Michael Beasly, Mario Chalmers, and Eric Gordon for the rookies and Jamario Moon for others but I'm not sure if some of them will sign because they are so popular and Jamario came from the Globtrotters. Does anyone know anything I don't?
