I think we should have a chatnight on a tuesday, or other day of the week, where everyone who has issues can go in and get them solved. Whether it is with closing transactions, or getting off of restrictions, mods will be in there to solve all of the problems.

Why not PM or email a moderator if there's a problem or issue ? Should being taken off of restrictions be a public issue. Or is it ?

That was sort of my point. Recently many people have been posting threads in the forum, trying to turn it into a public issue, which I feel it should not be. Chat has the private message feature, where two people can communicate privately if necessary. PM and email work too, I was just trying to come up with an alternative. I feel that if people have to resort to posting forum topics about it, then the current method is not working as intended.
