It's not a bad idea. I know it is used here when traders go awry. However, is it necessary to implement a voluntary program like this? Hey..wanna trade...oh by the way...I don't trust you. Seriously, for higher-end deals, I can see it being a good thing. On the downside, transactions are going to take longer.

Sounds like a way for SCF to make money. If you can't trust someone, then don't trade with them.

Ditto

That's a little much I think.

I could see maybe going as far as requiring both parties to purchase DC and post # in thread, and transactions involving a card valued over a certain amount they must purchase insurance.

As for posting pictures of the package, I could see requirement of new/restricted members having to do so. But, someone with a long positive track record shouldn't have to.

now say you do a base/low end trade your spending 6$ in shipping for maybe 3$ in cards

Yeah, I don't expect that system to last. It will make low end trading not worth it.
