I was wondering if anyone here knew how to tell the difference between those two cards

96'97 UD Ice Dynasty foundation
96'97 UD Ice Stanley Cup Dynasty

One card is a parallel of the other.

Not sure as the Dynasty parallel was 1 in 960 packs, but based on the other parallels, I would guess the foil or background is a different color and it probably states right on the card "Dynasty". As the regular parallels were a bronze color as opposed to the silver/light blue regular base color.

The 96'97 UD Ice Dynasty Foundation is a die-cut parallel version of the 96'97 UD Ice Stanley Cup Foundation insert set.
