This is my take on the whole series and trust me I ain't a mavs fan but I am rooting for them because I've been waiting for them to win something because I feel bad they've been stuck with their team for so long.

Devin Harris and Jason Terry...the combo of them will tire out Dwyane Wade on defense and Gary Payton isn't the same defender so those two will go out on Wade,Jason Williams and Dwyane Wade who will become tired of running and chasing after Devin Harris and Jason Terry.

Guards: Terry,Stackhouse,Howard,Harris vs Wade,Williams,Payton,Anderson

Goes to Dallas because they have too much speed and will tire out the Heat guards

Dirk Nowitzki,Dampier,Desegana Diop,Van Horn vs Mourning,O'neal,and Walker

Dirk Nowitzki is a pure scorer who can't be stopped by any of those men noone will be able to contain Nowitzki,Walker plays no D and Shaq can't play up top so Nowitzki will average over 30 for the series. Dampier and Diop can pick up fouls on Shaq who misses his free throws without having an bad effect on the team by fouling out. If Dampier fouls out because hacking shaq it won't make the Mavs worse because he's not involved in their offense so Shaq can get fouled over and over again late in the game. Walker shoots and misses and plays terrible D. Shaq will miss many free throws in the series and the duo of Diop(great defensive player) and Dampier(great defensive player) will tire out the Heat and give them the edge.

I think in the finals if it is the mavs heat.. experience will mean everything..

So I will pick the heat over the mavs..

but a heat suns series well thats a whole nother ballgame..

i think the mavs have no answer for shaq, except maybe dampier.

the mavs arent just a run-and-gun team anymore so this series should be interesting.

I'm rooting for the Mavs!! (never thought I'd ever type that!!!) Just a great feeling to see someone like Dirk in the finals. He deserves it and he's gonna have a wonderful time against that Miami frontcourt!

Heat will win and why?

Wade will not tire! He guarded Hamilton last series which is the most active player in the league. Haslem will guard Dirk no a big challenge for Dirk but the physical play will wear him down.

As for Shaq Dampier and Diop can foul but once they are gone then Shaq will dominate. If Ben and Rasheed Wallace could not contain Shaq noone on Dallas will.

Then with 3 point shooters Walker, Payton, and Williams they will get a lot of open looks.

Mourning coming off the bench to give Shaq rest and if they are in at the same time sorry Dallas..

I call Miami in 5 with game 1 a blowout Miami win.

Dwayne Wade WILL not be tired out from running after any guards the Mavbs have. It's the exact opposite. It's Dwayne Wade no one on Dallas compares to him except for Dirk and they aren't even comparable due to size/position.

Disappointed the suns didn't make it in, but they went as far as they could without Amare.

This is going to a game 7. For sure.
