That would definitely be a great matchup for the First Round; but you would need Dirk at his best level, otherwise, I don't know if you'll be able to beat the Spurs.

By the playoff's, Dirk will be fine. He tweaks his ankle once or twice every year. If he's healthy, I could see it going 6 or 7 games for either team. Without a healthy Dirk, I have to think the Spurs would win in 6.
