I played and beat it on the 360, awesome game. I hope they make a part 2.

I bought it, played it, enjoyed it, but don't recommend anyone buy it.

Why?

Because it's repetitive and offers no challenge. All you do is jump around, kill people, save citizens, kill more people, go after clues, kill your marks and that's that. Furthermore, the story, while interesting, isn't fleshed out that well. And last, the fighting system is fresh, but if you die in the game while in a fight, I will laugh at you. As long as you hold block, no one can hurt you. And all you have to do is perform a counter move and you automatically kill your enemies! It's absurd how easy it is.

I beat the game in about 10 hours. Returned it and bought "The Orange Box." And I never return games. At least I got $40 back on it.

seconded... except for the "enjoyed it" part.

This was an absolutely horrible game. The story was stupid, it is the most repetitive game in history, and it's not challenging. The graphics were incredible (I've never seen anything like it), but that's really all this game has going for it.

In my opinion, graphics don't make a game.

I second that. The whole DNA memory thing killed it for me. I had no clue that's the angle of the story. Terrible in my opinion.

I completely agree with that. I think it was ridiculous. The idea is interesting in some aspects, but it definitely did not fit the game. I thought for sure it was just going to take place in that time, not in the future looking into an ancestor's memory. dry.gif

I would like to play it (not necessarily buy it - I don't have a 360 or PS3 anyhow) just for the graphics and exploration aspects.

If that's what you're into, this game is perfect. I've never seen graphics or player-NPC interaction done so well before. That aspect truly is incredible.
