It's very rare that a seller sends their end prior to receiving payment. Coupled with the fact that your account is restricted to Current Transactions Only, I would certainly have strongly advised Jobu to not send the card prior to receiving payment.

Are you sending payment via PayPal or mail? If you send via mail, you're simply going to cause your restriction to remain in place even longer since we won't even consider modifying the restriction until the other member has received what you've sent for each and every single one of your pending transactions.
