Why would somebody buy a $20 gift card to Walmart for $20 when they can just take $20 of their own money and spend it anywhere? That is probably why you won't sell it on here.

To give to someone as a gift? Maybe they always shop at Wal Mart and would use the $20 there anyways?
I didn't realize it was a crime to trade or sell a gift card at face value. $20 bucks for $20 bucks seems pretty fair to me.
