Not playing beta, not playing beta, not playing beta...... etc
I have been telling myself this the past couple months. I never played the beta for Halo 3, nor will I give in and play this one. I will suck it up and wait til September release.

What's really bad/sad is that Microsoft yanked Halo 2 from online services. Although there wasn't a huge fan base for 2 anymore, it was still a change to pop it in and play it.

Halo 2 hit it big on consoles in '04...The first Halo was good for local games and system linking. It did it's job for the console FPS. As far as great FPS goes, Counterstrike gets my bid.

Halo revolutionized the multiplayer FPS on consoles. The first expanded upon what Goldeneye and Perfect Dark started for the N64, while Halo 2 gave a huge boost to online play.
