Very nice on both!

Love the throwback jersey (he's wearing in the Pristine pic) and you can't beat owning a Superfractor 1/1 smile.gif

Congrats!

Let's not do this again rolleyes.gif

But yes. He's my favorite player, I made $87 selling Star Wars books, I've always wanted a superfractor and, did I mention, he's my favorite player?

I look at it this way: I'm $17 up!

OK, well, $7 because I went to see X-Men: The Last Stand last night at midnight.

Yeah, I was very disappointed. But then again, I'm an X-Men elitist so it takes a lot to please me. They totally did away with the Phoenix story arc and pulled something out of their bums to make up for it.

Yeah. I feel this way about it: I would've liked it if it weren't an X-Men film.

Here are my complaints:
•They introduce four very major characters (Juggernaut, Kitty Pryde, Angel and Phoenix) in the X-Men Universe, but they introduce them very poorly and don't develope the characters.
•They make Juggernaut's powers superhuman powers, which they weren't (he had a special crystal that gave him his powers).
•They don't mention Juggernaut's relation to Xavier
•Angel is just in there to look cool but is kind of laughable
•They don't mention Kittie's relation to Collosus
•They change Phoenix's story
•The final battle is lackluster
•They make Wolverine too powerful
•They take two characters (Marrow and Omega Red) and create a guy named "Omega Mutie"
•The dialouge is bad (the president has tons of trite one-liners, they use the term 'b***h' on several occasions, etc.)
•Watching the Phoenix do Phoenix-like things reminded me of watching Akira
•Magneto was a wimp
•Still no Gambit
•Iceman/Pyro fight was pointless. The writers and director made them look useless and didn't show their full potential

Good things:
•The writers paid homage to an X-Men cartoon parody with Juggernaut
•Gramer as Beast wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be

I can go more in-depth about it, just ask. It was just dumb.

From interviews I've read there are only going to be three. However, several actors have signed on understanding movies four and five will be made.

I liked X-Men OK... I love X2. This one is a slap in the face.

The main problem: the writers introduced Phoenix but didn't have time to develop the story. And on top of that, they introduce another story arc (a mutant cure as they say in the previews) which bumps heads with the Phoenix storyline.
