An e-mail and PM reminder to update the status of this transaction were just sent to the autogu man.

Posted by: the autogu man Oct 9 2007, 01:10 PM

No dc. This is why i wanted you to send first. I am still waiting, like your other trades. One i believe took something like 60 days to complete.

Posted by: the autogu man Oct 11 2007, 05:17 PM

Just received today. Very unhappy with the transaction. He sent:
2007 SPx Fransisco Liriano Auto
He was supposed to send:
2006 F/x Fransisco Liriano RC Auto

Also, it took FOREVER to send!!!

Are you saying that the details of the transaction were changed after your post on 9/29/07 where you confirmed those details?

What's the date on the package that you received?

Yes i am. When i talked to him, he said it was F/x. I assumed he was not going to put SPx on this, so i did not read close details. I am 100 percent certain he put F/x, and i am betting he edited this, after the fact. All i know, he fabricated myriads of lame excuses that made it take forever to send and clogged up my pm box. Also, he was supposed to send with a Dc. The first time, he did not pay enough for postage so it got returned to sender. The second time, he said he shipped with stamps. He said he went to the p.o. and sent with stamps meaning he avoided purchasing a DC.

Well, I would certainly suggest reading the details of transactions more closely moving forward.

Here's some free advice... It's best to just answer the questions and then let us look into things from there. Making accusations without any evidence is unwise and not necessary.

Again, just let me know the date from the package. However, I will point out that this transaction was posted on 9/29/07 and today is 10/11/07. I'm not sure that "forever" would be my definition of that time period. Also, if the use of DC is that important to you, it should be something that gets documented in the transaction details moving forward.

Now, I'll go and determine facts about the state of the initial post and any potential editing. wink.gif

Thanks for that data. In terms of editing, the original agreement post has not been edited. Therefore, the details at this very moment are the same details that you were to read and confirm.

If you have an e-mail or PM that shows something different than what is posted here, feel free to forward that to me and it may be considered. Otherwise, I'm not sure what you'd like us to do at this point.

Well, is there any way to recover aim conversations? I think he purposefully put this on aim so that it could not be traced. I'll check my pm's but probably nothing there. Also, what do you do to scammers and bad traders here. Rumor has it that you don't ban scammers. He is a bad trader not a scammer, however.

I don't know. I personally don't use messenger tools very often.

He documented a transaction for every member to see. You then read that transaction and agreed to it. Are we all to be held responsible for the fact that you apparently didn't want to take the time to actually read what you were agreeing to do? You might want to change that approach prior to visiting banks, lawyers and more.

Rumors are often wrong. Are we trying to deal with this transaction though or some possible agenda on your end?

Please provide actual proof to verify your comments about receiving the wrong card within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, we'll proceed with closing this transaction as complete.

Thanks,

I'm not sure what envelopes have to do with what I requested. Are you sure you don't want any additional time to look through your messenger conversations, e-mails or PMs?

close this trade please

Posted by: bob_TCC Oct 15 2007, 11:38 AM

the autogu man has been given over 72 hours to support his claims. However, nothing has been provided to do so. Therefore, this trade is closed as complete since both members received exactly what was documented and confirmed.

All members are reminded to carefully read the details of transactions before agreeing to those details.

-Bob

P.S. This is an example of why "bad trader lists" should not be treated as the "gospel". wink.gif
