The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

Tb40 receives:

2005 Topps DP&P Marion Barber Rc
2005 Topps DP&P Aaron Rodgers Rc

baseballguy601 receives:

2007 Sage Hit Michael Bush Rc X2
2007 Sage Hit Alan Branch Rc
2007 Sage Hit Kevin Kolb Rc


Additional notes:

baseballguy601 will send out first due to must Send first Stipulations. TB40 will send out as soon as I receive. Thanks, Matt

I am not supposed to be on restriction anymore

thats what Bob said when I was put on that after 10 sucesful transactions, it would be removed

I have completed 15 since then

once we handle that, I will confirm

San Antonio, Tx, 78256. If you sent from a post office it will have the Zip code listed where the package was sent from. That is why I send everything with DC and keep the Receipt from the Post office/UPS Store with the DC Slip until the other party receives. If the other party doesn't receive, I have at least two articles giving proof that I sent. Just a thought for you.

Bob, I haven't sent his cards because I never received anything. I was just following the stipulations that were set upon John to send first. I never heard anything from John either saying when he was sending, as he stated in the 2nd post that he was supposed to be off of his trading restriction. Therefore, I figured that he was waiting until he heard from you, so we could send at the same time. I checked the transaction on 6-4, and I posted that I was going to send on 6-4-07 @8:58 Pm, and john replied on 6-4-07 @ 9:33 Pm that he had sent over a week earlier. I should've posted that I would send as soon as I received but I never did. I'm sorry that I should've communicated better, but I still haven't received anything.

If we close this transaction it would be as a failed transaction because TB40 has not received his end of the agreement.

Do both members want to move this to failed? Or does baseballguy601 want to send out replacements and see if we can get this transaction completed?

Also, baseballguy601 did you receive the cards, please update?

Well based on your last post it appears that this should be moved to failed since neither party claims to have received yet both state sent. TB40 does have a dc # which usually ends up where it is going, but does not guarantee that someone could not have taken it from your mailbox. If you did not receive though I would consider talking with your postperson to find out if they remember the package since it was not in your box and then contact your post office to find out if anything can be done.

The idea was a comment based on your reply that you had not received althought the other member provided DC and here is the tracking from that number:

Label/Receipt Number: 0305 2710 0001 7286 7278
Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 11:28 AM on June 22, 2007 in NEW HOLLAND, PA 17557.

Please check and verify this package was received and that the tracking information is correct for you. If not then we need to get to the bottom of it.

If it was received then we just need you and TB40 to determine what he would like as a replacement and get it done so that we can get this completed.
