NY's 2010 NFL DRAFT GROUP BREAK:
With some great ideas from the one and only Prophecy Guy Nation, I will be setting up a fun break to enjoy while the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft is occurring Thursday night. Break will occur live on Blogtv on Thursday night and start as the draft starts at around 7:30 ET. It is a low cost break ($14 per spot) set up to just get some people together in BlogTV while the draft is going on to add some more enjoyment to it and bust some wax! Boxes have been ordered and this break will happen one way or another on Thursday night!

Setup for this one is a little different so let me know if you have any questions:
Each spot will earn you a draft position from the 1st pick in the draft through the 50th pick in the draft. The list of spots will be randomized to determine who will earn the rights to the #1 draft pick through the 50th. From there, the draft pick spots will flip snake style for the entire draft class. For example, whoever ends up with #50, will also end up with #51, #150, #151........the #1 pick will end up with also have #100, #101..........and so on and so forth.

For the rookie classes of each of the years product we are breaking (2010, 2009, 2008) the players draft spot in there respective draft will determine who gets the player. Obviously, we will know right away what position the 2009/2008 rookies were drafted in and who they go to, but will also leave an element of surprise for the 2010 rookies. Even though we will open all cards on Thursday night, the draft won't be complete till the weekend, so some of the 2010 hits won't have an owner till Saturday or Sunday. Any legends hits (we will have at least 4 from PP legend), will be randomized upon complete of the 2010 NFL Draft this weekend between spots who did not recieve any other hits from the 2010, 2009, 2008 rookies. Numbered legends cards will be randomized in this fashion as well, after the legends hits are randomized. Base and inserts will be shipped but only if you let me know that you want them.

TRADING OF DRAFT SPOTS IS ENCOURAGED PRIOR AND DURING THE DRAFT! If you want to go for high picks, maybe give up multiple lower picks in a package deal. If you want to go for a player where you know when he got drafted or hope he gets drafted, maybe you give up a higher for a lower. If you just want to get the picks for your NFL team, maybe you give up higher picks for your team's picks. Should be a lot of fun to do this and add some excitement to the draft and the break.

There will be 50 total spots. Each spot is $14 (each additional spot will be $13 for those who want multiple.)

As this break will happen on Thursday night, all payments must be received by then. If you can, just send Payment when you sign up to leave less to track at last minute. If we need to push this back we can but for now lets just hope we can fill this in a day and a half. The randomization will happen when we fill and payments are received so that any potential trading can begin.

I know, it's a little confusing, but, yes and no to your question. 50 spots will be filled that equate to the first 50 NFL draft pick spots. The member spots will be randomized live via random.org on video to determine which draft spot you will get (an yes you will get the same spots for all three years). From there, once randomized, the list will reverse snakestyle through the rest of the whole draft class. So whoever gets the 50th drafted player will also get the 51st and then it will circle back and they will get the 150th and 151st, and then the 250th and 251st. 2009 had 256 total picks, so you would receive every card of players drafted in those 6 spots for the three years.

Spots that do not get a hit from the 2010/2009/2008 rookies, will be put into a random for the legends hits that come out of press pass legends (at least 4 hits). Trading of these "draft pick spots" is encouraged once the random has taken place to make it fun and multiple spots are encouraged to increase the number of "draft spots" you own for traidbait.

Hopefully that clears it up a little bit but let me know if there are any more questions. Still got a ways to go to fill but let's see if we can pull it off!
