recieved a destroyed envelope today that was torn in half. If you send something in a PWE the post office has to know it is "NON Machinable" I recieved a torn up envelope, and inside was a plastic card sleeve with NO card" This card is likely destroyed as the post office told me today when I complained about it....

I would like to discuss a replacement card shipped properly

i am sorry. well i have no clue how a card in a snap down gets destroyed. but that is the idiots at the post office.
