I got word from the peanut gallery that Upper Deck has lost their football license due to non-payment on the fees. Although this news is speculative at this point, and very much unconfirmed, I have a feeling we will get the news later this month or early next month. Interesting, but don't you find it funny that there are so many "rumors" about UD going around ever since the Konami lawsuit? Albeit, that was not a good sign for the company, neither was closing the Las Vegas division, nor other events. That being said, don't they have the college license for football?

In the end, if you don't DEMAND something and work issues professionally, then issues get resolved. I am in the service business and stop to think how many ridiculous claims I get from people who think you owe them something. It cracks me up to see those individuals who buy a box a year of product and IF they don't get that mega hit, that somehow got screwed. I do believe they have room for improvement, but they (the reps) are human and probably looking over their shoulders wondering if they are the next to go. If, I wasn't on the SPx hunt, I would also lean to the Premier. I really like that product as well.
