The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

TeamKansas receives:

J Montana SPx Auto
D Bowe Triple UC Patch
T Brady Patch
D Briscoe Auto

Gottabe receives:

C Palmer Elite TOTC Auto RC

Additional notes:

DC required both ways.

I have received my end as well. There is one problem though.... I received a dual jersey instead of the patch that was agreed upon. I have PM Gottabe about this but he hasnt responded yet. I will update with further info.

Next time contact me first. My pics showed the Dual. I told you I could do the Brady SS (Sweet Swatch Dual) you called it a patch...
Not a specific year and make, Easy mistake, didn't need to go public.

As stated above I did contact you first and I waited almost 24 hrs and didnt hear anything from you. As for the Brady I requested the patch all along before you mentioned one thing about a SS. How am I supposed to know what SS means?

Yea I agree 100% and I wasnt pointing any fingers at anyone. The balls in his court now as I sent him a PM yesterday and Im just waiting for a reply as to what he thinks we should do.

My cards made it to you the same day you mailed mine out. That wasn't our agreement. You didn't bother to say oops, it took me a little bit. (Would have been OK) 4 days later than you said you would. AND you never sent the DC# like I did.

You had the cards for 2 days before you mentioned anything about the Brady
Ooops guess you forgot

The last PM I sent you was "What would you like to do? and you respond with what do I think we should do? I left it IN YOUR COURT. all you had to say was swap them out.

You still have yet to be able to NAME the Brady Patch card, which one is it?
If you can't possibly know what Brady SS means when there is a picture in the post, how am I suppose to figure out a Brady Patch.


Honestly, Not sure I even want to work this out. You got a card that is higher in BV than what you wanted, you couldn't say what you wanted and then go PUBLIC saying I screwed up...

Who's waiting on who?....AGAIN!

.... so let's start off with a simple question and then we will proceed step by step until we get some clarification. TeamKansas, you posted the transaction, so why did you not use DC when you stated was required?

Here is the DC #03101230000094884708 I said I would mail out Fri or Sat and it wasnt until Monday. I appologized for that if you cant accept that Im sorry and there is nothing I can do.

Now lets get back to the heart of this dispute. He was 100 certain which Brady card we were talking about from the beginning or he would not of mentioned a "SS" correct? As a matter of fact I have a scan off of his site of the exact card.....

Where is the picture of the SS you sent me? Its not on there and the first time I saw this card is when I opened the package.

There seems to be a lot of things being disputed here... and the fact is you sent out late and didn't bother to mention it to your fellow trader. Normally a person would have a tendency to think that the other person waited to receive before sending. Reviewing your trade history has shown no evidence that this is a behavior you practice. But a message to the other trader should have been sent.

next question: Gottabe, why did you agree to a transaction that says "Brady Patch"?

Oh, and another question for both of you Joe's: what is each of your wanted resolution to this transaction? And please don't say "whatever the other Joe wants", we are well past that.

I think the tardiness in my shipping is being blown way out of proportion here. I have never disputed that I sent late but we are talking one day. If it was a week or more I would think looking into my trading history would be in order. I was one day!!!

I think completing the trade as agreed up would be acceptable.

And if it would make him feel better I will send first.

Ok, new day here.

Let's overlook the details of the agreement since it's lack of detail has led to the misunderstanding on BOTH parts.

This Joe, would like for Teamkansas to send back his Brady 2010 UD Sweet Spot Tom Brady Sweet Swatch 2 color card, with DC posted in this thread. I upon rcpt, will send the 2009 Rookies and Stars Prime Cuts Tom Brady 4 color dual GU card, next day with DC also posted in this thread.

Fair Enough?

Cause this has gotten just way to silly and could have been handled by a simple pm.

I'll check back here for a response.

HOW MANY PMs DID YOU WANT ME TO SEND? I didnt post here until 24 hrs after I questioned the the Brady. But good call on doing the trade as agreed upon.

I will have the Brady SS sent out tomorrow but since Im sending first theres no big issue if its not out until Friday, right?

Also if you would of simply said this was a misunderstanding and this was a mistake I would of been fine keeping the SS as that wasnt the deal breaker in this trade. Since that didnt happen I think we should just do it how we agreed.

0310 1230 0000 9488 4869 is in Seattle, not Corpus Christi.
Just wondering.
Seems odd since the last one left Kansas and came South.

posted is indeed enroute to Washington from
Kansas.

Your trading partner is in Texas.

Is it possible that you have posted the
incorrect DC#?
