Transactions MUST be created once a break is deemed to be full and funds are getting collected. If an auction break, once the "goal" has been met, transactions need created. When there is a deadline for payment, then on that day, transactions must be created.

Not open for discussion. Failure to comply may limit an individual's ability to host breaks.

To the top again, Failure to post up transactions will unable anyone to host future Box Breaks. All Group Box Breaks must have Transactions Posted before the Break Begins.
