I rec'd, but the package was ripped open and empty sad.gif It does look like the package took some damage through shipping. It wasn't insured, but if I'm correct isn't the package automatically insured up to a certain dollar amount? I may be wrong on this. It would be helpful if someone could tell me my best course of action on this...

Could I possibly get some help from a team member on what to do here. Is there anything really to be done, without insurance I believe the USPS will do nothing. I guess just close it out if I'm stuck...

Landon, another team member might be able to tell you more, but did you contact your local post office as I am not sure how they handle this type of situation? I am surprised they delivered it ripped open. Usually when I have gotten a ripped envelope I have gotten a note with it stating contents were lost or the plastic bag the remnants. You might also want to check with your carrier to see if someone did not take it out of your mailbox.

An e-mail and PM reminder to update the status of this transaction were just sent to Superhuskiefan1.

well I got mine but he says that he didn;t get it becuase the cards were ripped out of the package so u might want to ask him what he wants to do.

As previously stated, I received an empty bubble mailer. I have spoken with the post office on this and they stopped listening after I told them the package was uninsured. I guess lesson learned on this one. Go ahead and close it out.
