I RCVD a Pm from Paul. I guess there was some Kind of stain on the Shaq RC!!

I've Repeatly Said, "Sorry". Also He would like it replace with another Shaq RC. I dont have anymore, But have offered 2 Replace it(Same BV or SV) or Send BACK..
Waiting to hear, what he wants do..

After looking at the scans, there will be no guessing about it. I understand that you thought that you were trying to make it right, but once we couldn't figure something out and you offered to send back, I AGREED.
I thought that it was weird that if I picked something else from your buckett that you would be able to send it out today, but now I agreed to just send back you will send me my stuff whenever you get a chance to get to the PO sometime this week. I was trying to be fair and work something out with you. I told you that I would take back the Smith, you said that is all you really wanted out of the trade. I really wanted the Shaq rookie, so you can understand where I am coming from.

Also not trying to start anything Bob, but I dont understand Paul..He Hit me up around 2 pm (Central) With this Minor Problem!! I told him, to look at my Buckett, 4 a replacement right away after I said I was sorry.Why Does he think thats weird? PO close at 5pm. I live down the Street..

bob also have the email where he gave the option to send my cards back and with the attitude he had with me thats just what i want .... He failed to keep up with his end of the deal by sending a damaged card.... he gave the option of sending back so thats what i want the card was clearly damaged.... and if he does not send my part back he deserves a failed transaction...please let me know.... i waited 11 days to get my end when i clearly had enough feedbacks.... and he posted i had 0 in the intial trade... All I can say is I've Bought the Exact "Shaq RC"..Does that Answer the Question? So it woould be the Same Cards, just need to send the "SHAQ"
The more I think about it, the more I cant agree with a "tradeback", but more then Willing to Replace, which I've already took the Correct Steps, to do so...

Agreed Bob...
But he wanted a another Shaq, so I bought him one..There has to be something else DRIVING him...
I done all I can to resolve this, as you probably can tell...Wow!!!
Guess a Guy cant make anything right anymore..

it is his attitude that drove the whole thing i will send you the pm where he agreed to trade back and part of the rules are if you send damaged cards you need to let the person know it is damaged now reason he wont trade back because he says he already traded think hes done that befor agreeing on a trade then trading the card check his failed transactions so please bob please mark this down as a failed transaction so it wont happen again

I have asked for this information 5 days ago can someone contact this guy and get the information for me all i wanted was delivery confirmation number i was told the replacement would be sent out the next day...and that was last tuesday card should have been here by now this trade has gone on long enough........its fine with me if you move it to failed due to harry carey for not keeping up with his end of the trade...
