Any backup QB that is on a team with at least 2 of the 3 following: - a winning system - has the personnel to support an average/adequate QB - a no-nonsense head coach with a winning attitude
In no specific order, I recommend the backup QBs from these teams: Titans Panthers Falcons Dolphins Texans Ravens 49ers
