How does one locate check lists that need to be added to open check list?

Once a check list is found that needs to be added to the site, who, what, when, where, and how does that check list get added to the site.

I carry a gun because a cop is too heavy!!

Most of that can be answered on the front page of Openchecklist

I'm not sure what your first question is. Are you asking how you find checklists, or how to find that something is missing from openchecklist?

PWE or Plain White Envelope is ONLY okay for 1 or 2 base cards. Otherwise use of a padded or bubble mailer is expected.

That would be up to the user wanting to submit the info. In the past I've googled a set or two. No matter where you find the information I've got to be able to verify your source before importing the list.

Another option would be checklist cards from the set. If you have the set you could scan the checklist cards at a readable level and submit them with the data.
