Back in 2004.. I bought numerous boxes of the newest UD Golf release called SP Signature .. it was the first Golf product to include 1 8x10 auto and a 3 card cellophane pack.

I remember this all too vividly

Box 1 which I think had 6 individual packs.. yielded me 5 women golfer autos and a Whozit man!

Box 2.. got the same whozit guy, david toms and 4 women golfers

Box 3.. Padraig harrington, 2 of the whozit guy ,another different whozit guy and 2 women

Well last night I get home from easter celebration and decided i needed to recheck those boxes..

and my suspicions were confirmed.

I take back all the horrible things I said about you , Mr. Whozit, I have owned since that day 4 autographed 8x10's of the 2007 masters Champion... Zach Johnson!

WOOOHOOOOO!! laugh.gif

He went to high school about 10 miles from me and grew up in my town. Too bad I don't give a crap about golf. smile.gif

Steve, I talked to this fella last night and told him about this thread. He was DEEPLY hurt. But inbetween sobs he managed to spit out that if you send one of the autos to me, it would mean the world to him. So its up to you Ace. If you want to stop this grown man from crying like a baby out the womb, you know what to do.

Most excellent! Hope you dropped a couple on the bay to take advantage.

The idea of an 8x10 auto per pack is awesome, but between the girl autos from golf and the bad 05-06 rookies in BAP portraits hockey, the companies haven't done it right yet.

I also have a Zach Johnson. I purchased last year for a measely $3. Just wanted a decent looking golf auto for the sports room. Didn't care who it was. Now I'm very happy.

I have the reverse story. I fell in love with this product and bought several boxes and a couple of large lots of the autos. I can't complain too much, as I got a Woods in a box, but I went back through the autographs figuring I had to have a couple of Zach Johnsons.

Not a sausage.

I do okay with the LPGA autos, though -- I frame them and charities buy them for women's golf tournament auctions.
