Purchased a Hockey card from a Canadian seller, fast forward 30 days no card. Contact seller, no response, file item not received from E-Bay. E-Bay says wait another 6 days then contact us, waited the 6 additional days, E-bay asks if resolved, I respond I've not received the card, nor a refund, nor any response. Now E-Bay says "Hang Tight", it's been nearly 1 1/2 months, How much longer do I have to wait?? Should I have filed with Pay-Pal instead?

I did just hear back from E-Bay & the case was in my favor, they issued the refund to Paypal & guess what? I have to wait another 4 to 5 days to have access to the funds. I'm not complaining just amazed the process. I really would of rather had the card as it was a great buy.
