I like Opening Packs up not opening 1 Pack then the thrill over ,also 5 years down the road it would be fun to buy packs to try to get a big hit

I even like real older packs up with just rc in them

Yeah, 1 pack boxes don't thrill me too much risk for too little reward. I also prefer busting a bunch of packs as it is more thrilling letting it last a little longer even if just for the rookies.

Saw this stuff opened on CNC last night. Wow there are some nice cards in it, but there is not much distribution for all of the teams. I saw mostly Edmonton, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Montreal, Arizona, and Buffalo as the teams with the majority of hits. It seemed overloaded with McDavid hits in my opinion. Wondering if that will soften the values of all his gu and autos as it seemed like 2-3 boxes per case held at least one thing McD. It also seemed that all of the real diamond cards were in the top box of the case rather than mixed among the case? Could be wrong, but that is what it seemed like. Oh, and I forgot those diamonds didn't come from the ground, but were made chemically.

yes real diamonds boxes are now $299 also not many leafs in the set so I just trade for them saw breaks on CNC

Check out some of the breaks, not bad stuff, just too pricey for me and not sure the return is there on the price unless you hit a huge McDavid card. Saw a Gretzky as a Ranger quad diamond retro rookie, pretty neat card.

Not that big of a fan of Black Diamond to pay that for a box, I normally just get the Rc's I need, This year only one Wings Rookie Larkin, so cheaper to just buy the card on Ebay, plus I hate buying packs of them at the store, I Never get anything out of them.

Our Monthly Hockey Group break will hurt this year as we wont be able to get hardly any new product with price per box like that, how can any kid in this day become a collector when the price of a box of cards is the price of a college course, tell you what, better be a diamond in every box

Well the base RC of Larkin for this will be affordable, as ones ended went for around $40. The ones with the diamonds #/99 will sell for a lot more. One ended at $375 and another was a best offer on a buy it now list of $699. Crazy for a card with manufactured diamonds.

Yes, this product will be priced out of our group's budget and based on the case breaks I have seen and been in on CNC it is probably a good thing. It seems the same 7 or so teams carry the majority of the hits and the other 20 or so teams hit very rarely. It also seems that the collation is bad, saw one case that had like 4 McDavid hits and another case had 5 Sam Bennett hits. Very nice looking stuff, just not a very fair distribution for GBs unless you get one of the 7 or so teams.
