I think it's safe to assume that the reason is more of the latter.  As I've said several times recently, you can only control the actions of one person - yourself.  Honestly, waiting to send your end of this trade doesn't really help anyone.

You're either missing the point or choosing to ignore it. The point is that Nate's issues with shipping in a timely manner are well-known and well-documented at this point. Those issues have kept his account in a restricted state and have severely limited his ability to be involved in transactions on this site. So, his actions (which he could control) have been met with consequences.

Waiting to ship your end of this trade as some form of retaliation just wasn't necessary. That's all.

The only way that I can see that happening is that he or someone else informed the post office to forward mail to the new address. Is that what you are saying happened?

Now after 14 whole days without hearing a single word about this or getting a single update he IM's me on AIM claiming he hasnt received. I find it right hard to believe that after all this he still doesnt have it. I mean first it takes 40 days to get mine. Than he thinks his brother might have stole it. Now out of the blue says i just remembered i still dont have this. Seems impossible to me. I do not believe him and i will not be sending another card.

Of course not. I sent with First Class like i do anything where BV is under 40. Im fed up with this trade. The story is just really funny to me. Dont expect me to lose another card outta this.

Do you still have the card that you received from braves4life1025? If so, I would suggest that it be returned or you could offer a replacement card since braves4life1025 did not receive.

If preferred, I could also serve as a middle man in order to resolve this issue without any additional concerns. In other words, you would send the package to me and then I would send the package to braves4life1025.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
