Initially posted this card ungraded in the first post up top..the strange history of this card is as follows: Previous owner had this card raw graded..it was originally sleeved @ 8.5 card/10 Auto......I acquire it and resubmit for raw grading see below.











I say what the heck and send it in anyway for slabbing and lo and behold the upgrade is thankfully given see below.

I typically use 10 day turnaround service (2 weeks). The longer wait you choose the cheaper the price.


However this one below took longer as I wanted the auto authenticated by JSA in New Jersey first. Then shipped back to Dallas for grading and slabbing. Lesson learned is I will only Authenticate and slab IPs in the future for speed of service like previously done.














2010 Mike Trout RC auto obtained during Spring training by a local friend. I sent this card in to BGS/JSA for the works.. I got it back yesterday, too long turnaround IMO.




Now I will continue to use JSA authentication and slabbing only; the turnaround is acceptable and the cards I submit are NRMT or better in general anyway. See below..

I am so peeved. They charged me $68 of which $10 for $1000 insurance for the Trout which I never freaking asked for $1000 worth of insurance. The card was graded 10. centering, 9.5 corners, 9.5 edges, 6.5 surface by BGS for a dust spot that I forgot to wipe off!! I considered busting it open wiping it down and sending it back for 10/10 grades. But I will get $450 or better as is anyway for the Trout.


The Baugh came back quicker and cost $ 30 I believe. I sent Trout in after the nice experience I had with JSA and the Baugh card.
