i am very sorry but u unfortunatlly were 1 of the 2 people that i packaged the cards that way and it was becuase i did them first.
the rest of the cards i used toploaders and some penny sleves and carefully packaged

The tape will tear off the face because it has settled onto the face of the card from being ran through the mail machines, in addition if I got lucky enough to get the tape off it would still leave a sticky residue on the face of the card and could possibly make the card stick to another card and ruin it as well.
Not trying to be a jerk because you are right it is just a worthless base card, but I spent $5.50 for the group of cards and I was expecting a little more care even though just base. Anyone running a Group Break should consider how they themselves would like to receive what they paid for, before mailing out the cards to members. Would it have been acceptable to you to receive cards in this manner? I think you would agree it was not.
That said we will close this up but please be aware if this issue exists in any of your next box breaks the Team will cancel any future ones.
